Dr. Robert C. Wilson, D.D.S.
Since his childhood in Albion, Nebraska, Dr. Bob was always interested in the field of Medicine and was drawn to dentistry because of its combination of medical science and artistry. After graduating from the University of Nebraska, he attended Creighton School of Pharmacy before obtaining his Doctorate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry. He is also a certified Hospital Dentist on the Medical Staff at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and Brodstone Memorial Nuckolls County Hospital.
Believing a dentist’s education shouldn’t stop after he’s finished school, he continues to devote many hours to learning about the latest dental advances. Dr. Bob has been a pioneer in introducing the newest technology for his patients in the State of Nebraska. He was the first doctor in the state to use intra-oral cameras and videos, cosmetic imaging, surgical lasers, laser cavity detection, digital radiography, and the interactive Casey Patient Education System.
His leadership in professional groups is yet another way he stays up-to-date on the latest dental care. His is past president, vice-president, secretary and treasurer of the Adams County Dental Society. He is past president (two terms) for the Nebraska Southwest Dental District. He has served as a trustee and delegate to the Nebraska Dental Association and as an alternate Delegate to the American Dental association. He has also been involved with his alma mater as a faculty and volunteer faculty member and Dean’s Advisory Committee member. Currently he is a Preceptor for the UNMC College of Dentistry.
Dr. Bob’s experience is second to none. In addition to his Omaha practice, he maintains the Nelson Dental Clinic in Nelson, Nebraska. He has lectured and trained people in laser technology and surgery techniques nationally and internationally. He has recently attended the Prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and over the years has trained with some of the top Cosmetic Dentists in the world. It is his honor to pass this knowledge and skill on to you when he sees you as a patient.

Dr. Sharlene A. Wilson, D.D.S.
Born in Hastings, Nebraska to immigrant parents from Germany, Dr. Shar grew up on a farm in Kenesaw, Nebraska. She received her Bachelors Degree from Hastings College and her Doctorate from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College of Dentistry.
Though she has been practicing for over 20 years, dentistry is still a passion more than a business. Besides making sure her patients enjoy the finest dentistry, she shares her expertise with dental students, the school systems, and a variety of community organizations. She is a former board member for the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry Dean’s Advisory Board. Currently, she is a Preceptor for UNMC College of Dentistry Senior General Practice Program and a volunteer lecturer on dental education for area schools and preschools. It is her goal to keep your smile as beautiful as it is healthy.
In addition to caring for her patients in Omaha, Dr. Shar also maintains the Clay Center Dental Clinic in Clay Center, Nebraska. This practice allows her to give back to the community she grew up in by providing cutting edge dentistry for patients in rural towns. She continues her dental education program at local schools in these areas and has been Vice-President of the Adams County Dental Society.
Combining her years of training and experience with breakthroughs like the intra-oral camera, digital x-rays, and laser whitening she can give you a healthy, brighter, and more radiant smile. Hers was the first certified Britesmile® office in Nebraska. Always concerned with the comfort of her patients, she was the first doctor in Nebraska to offer virtual vision movie goggles for patients to use during treatment. In June 2006, she was certified as provider of Invisalign®, a revolutionary new orthodontic technique that is an “invisible” alternative to traditional braces.
She is dedicated to learning, and using, the most advanced and current dental techniques. This dedication has earned her the title of “Fellow” from noted colleagues. But most importantly, it has earned her the title of “Dr. Shar” by the thousands of patients who wouldn’t trust their smiles to anyone else.
